you cannot move pak while cloaked and you cannot turn it around cloaked

I hate to break it to you but it's not a bug. You can no longer move while cloaked. Honestly i wish they atleast made it so that you could turn it while cloaked and it would automatically uncloak, turn then recloak, cause a habit of 2½ years of playing CoH will not go away overnight and i don;t want to miss out on the cloak bonuses!!!

I thought the thing we had discussed in that huge pow wow the other night was 1st shot reveals the pak but it still maintains bonuses for 3? Sure you'd have to code 2 separate abilities but one of them already exists and there are simple logical workaround for it if you want to take the lazy way out.

That's a particular change i think and we'll see how it goes but I have to say, please make pak turnable while cloacked and don't block it completely, even if you make it uncloacking while turning, but don't block the gun. If you have to click hotkey to turn or move it everytime you need it's really a stupid change. You should give it passive cloack while not moving with the option you can cloack/uncloack with "c"

If I remember correctly, it's not possible code wise to have the gun not moveable while cloaked and turnable (As it is moving)

So it uncloacks and moves/turns and it's not completly blocked, ok looks fine to me. I didn't use the cloack often because I keep it always mobile.

It's more to stop people using them to infiltrate enemy lines and find tanks to kill rather than a defensive bonus which it was designed for. Have the cloak the way it is, means you'll have to take more consideration in the placement of your AT guns, rather than relying on your invisible magics to avoid the enemies fire while you reposition it. I think the change represents a positive step in creating a more tactical Company of Heroes environment where using more logical tactics and strategies takes place over using in game abilities.

I agree with making it that cloaked PAKs can rotate, but that they decloack while doing so... Maybe make it like the Ambush ability that PIAT sappers have...

sapper ambush uncloaks sappers if they turn for more than 5 degrees, trek Smiley.

Very, very good change, tbh. Finaly, the ultimate ninja army is gone. FINALY!

Also note - that a DOCTRINE high tier may be available that allows paks to move while cloaked is in the discussions atm (I brought it up ;p)

I am not against this change but I noticed that the pak is stuck while in cloack mode. Make it uncloack as it move but don't block it while cloacked, even if it turns it should uncloack but at least be moveable without everything hitting "c"...

I'd prefer if PaKs just uncloaked after the first shot. It seems a more logical step if you want to nerf the ability than to change the ability's role.
