Actually it's more than half health. Slightly. 115 x 1.25 = 143.75. 2 shots = 143.75(2) = 287.5 Sherman HP = 636 636/2 = 318
287.5 is less than 318.

It lasts for 15 seconds. Same as in 2.301. In 2.502, it lasts for a 'duration' of 0, every time cloak is entered. This is the cause of the Pak bug in retail; continually entering and exiting cloak applies the bonus, for unlimited duration (while in cloak.)

Honestly, I think this is a bad change. I don't personally like the way PaKs work now, it's rather obnoxious having to spike your APM to use PaKs with their cloak ability effectively with repositioning.
I still say put the cloak back to how it was and make it reveal after one shot, maybe reduce line of sight if scouting is an issue (which apparently it isn't, and thus made this particular change 100% unwarranted and pointless).
This. Malevolence has suggested this multiple times throughout the thread, and according to what you Devs are describing as the 'problem,' Mal's suggestion is 100% the correct answer. If you're not going to implement these changes, could you at least explain to us why?
