the pak part is gone!
I think the change to Tiger ACE is a bit much for the axis! Everyone that know me know that I play on both sides.
Before the change the tiger ace was a bit too much I agree with that but now it is too almost not worth getting! 6 pp to buy one and the vet is nerfed! ( i don't want to say the word nerfed but I have to here!!) compared to all the other axis tanks the vet is unfair. If you put more resources into one thing it should be better than the rest! and the xp amount to give the ACE vet is also "ridiculous" 100 xp for vet1 400 xp for vet2 and 800 xp for vet3. Just to point out that the King tiger only need 400 xp for vet3 and the pershing only needs 200xp for vet3. If the DEV team is about to take out the Tiger Ace from the game let us know or this NEED to be changed.
With the problems we have had in the past I am greatfull for the work the DEV team has put into the mod and I thank you all for the good and fast work you all did to solve the difficulties we have had but here is what I have to “bitch about” and I hope there will be some changes to this.
Tiger Ace (0.1)
-Vet1 Received Damage 0.95
-Vet2 Penetration 1.05, Accuracy 1.05, Health 1.05
-Vet3 Received Penetration 0.95, Health 1.1
King Tiger (0.2)
-Vet1 Received Damage 0.9
-Vet2 Accuracy 1.15, Health 1.1 Speed 1.15
-Vet3 Received Penetration 0.9, Speed 1.15
Pershing (0.4)
-Vet1 Received Damage 0.85
-Vet2 Penetration 1.1, Accuracy 1.15, Health 1.2,
-Vet3 Received Penetration 0.8, Damage 1.2
Panther (0.3)
-Vet1 Received Damage 0.9
-Vet2 Penetration 1.1, Accuracy 1.15, Received Damage 0.9
-Vet3 Speed 1.2, Received Penetration .8
Tiger (0.3)
-Vet1 Received Damage 0.9
-Vet2 Penetration 1.1, Accuracy 1.15, Health 1.15
-Vet3 Received Penetration 0.8, Turret Speed 1.1
it should not need double the XP for the tiger Ace to get less

I've never seen a tiger ace since 0.4
it was fail before and now it is even more fail...
devs should just say that they do not want heavy tanks (except the pershing) and remove the other
the pershing is statswise a bit weaker than the tiger ace but is the same mixture.....fast, good vs infantry, good vs tanks...and it is a very cost effective shock unit (other than the tiger ace)

What BigDick and Aloha fail to recognize is... that the dudes at Relic made this game to heavily favor the axis units... our lovely Devs here are just trying to balance it to were each side is pretty balanced... and well anyone who likes the german units and has a big bias to it, will see this as our devs playing favorites.. when in reality they are just trying to fix the main companys bias..

No, the vet requirements for the ACE (and the vet you get form it) are insane.
Here's the Vet for the Pershing, a comparable Allied heavy tank:
Pershing (0.4)
-Vet1 Received Damage 0.85
-Vet2 Penetration 1.1, Accuracy 1.15, Health 1.2,
-Vet3 Received Penetration 0.8, Damage 1.2
The ACE requires
four times
the XP to get to vet 3, yet gets much worse vet.
Also, lol at your idea of relic making the game in favor of Axis.

doctrine ability is not the problem here! the argument is that the Tiger Ace cost/effective not right and the vet for it can't be compaired with other tanks.

Yes we are well aware of the Tiger Ace being likely overnerfed in its current state, it's not easy to find a middle ground as it's such a powerful unit. We will probably be re-evaluating all aspects of this unit sometime soon.
As for the PAK, the current change was a test, if we decide to keep it in its current form a price decrease may be expected in a near future. It would be nice though if you could keep all discussion regarding the PAK in a seperate thread.

Field repairs is must-have. You play with 2 wehr and a PE player you can have 2 repair bunkers and a bergetiger easily taking 10 pop(team total)for 3.25rep speed where Americans have to have to have Expert Engies to get anywhere near that speed and they're 4pop per squad. you have to have 3 squads(12pop) to trump those speeds. Field Repairs is going to make it so Americans don't have to blob the shit out of engineers to repair their Tanks.. and why should they? Axis doesn't have to.

Revert vet, make its speed the same as the Tiger. Increase its accuracy and acceleration.

TA fix? Make it 22 pop cap, make it cheaper (to not literally slaughter your company when you buy one), and buff its vet a bit.
Why the pop cap increase? Because there aren´t any hardcounters for the TA, it can literally decrew 57s with frontal shots on them.

Also, Tiger Ace vet is terrible. The price is fine, but the vet is crap. Buff vet = good to go. Don't buff its durability, just its accuracy or something. They aren't strapping additional armor plating onto the tank as the crew becomes more veteran, they learn to shoot the gun and drive the tank better...
