I started this about 2 months back and have learned a lot and also helped through that experience.

Soon i am updating and fixing my router and will get back to playing coh.

Now should i continue Eir customer support? or is it unnecessary?

If i should continue, then what should i add? What should i be able to do?

Maybe you should give us insight into what you've accomplished, the kind of things you did Tongue.

I help newcomers/Help with technical problems/direct people/register for vent (not yet  Tongue)/Help anyone with the general affairs/Explain the basics.

I have helped about 30 people now, majority of it being helping newcomers and explaining any technical faults that they have encountered for the first time.

Then you're doing a good job!

Maybe you can tell us where our new player guides, etc are lacking and what we as the developers should do to make the mod more accessible Wink.

thanks  Cheesy

Well biggest thing i have noticed: Newcomers go against new players and get stomped, I have talked much about the weight of posting the company and letting other give opinions and advice, Many newcomers are also pretty new to vcoh as of the problems: Poor macro/reaction and also the eir problems: Company set up etc.

Other things are people asking questions about the launcher (mainly when it temporary screws up and etc)

You could save up some links to the guides. I included most of them in my YouTube video description of my teaser video.

cant the EiR launcher show relic account stats too? not like you have to login to relic to get in EiR launcher, it will just update your stats of your account just like your VET and units after the game.

THINK killer, when you start vCoH you already got a game up. in the launcher you can CHANGE.
and i tought this might was a good idea becouse
Many newcomers are also pretty new to vcoh as of the problems: Poor macro/reaction and also the eir problems: Company set up etc.
so you can see how good ppl are in vCoH before every1 readies up.

Don't add a kickplayer function.
It will only cause problems.
