Kettenkrads gain ability to purchase a democharge that can be placed anywhere.
I'm soooo making a 10 kettenkrad start just for this.
Tank busters :
T2 + T4
Upgunning available for ISTs and Panzer Zeal.
3x Autocannon Lockdown P4s that have 45 percent reduced recieved damage and penetration. 82.5 damage from a penetrating ATG shot(which will become frankly impossible) - all this for just 36 popcap(if there will be a modifier to ISTs when they're upgunned), if not, 4x Lockdown capable long barrel P4s that have a 60 percent reduced recieved damage and penetration. Gogo 60 damage from penetrating 57 mm.
Replace with just granting access to the standard Wehr P4, so it does not transfer over the lockdown ability, not an upgunning.
Panzer Zeal overall :
4x AC starting callin. Imposible to beat away without a tank, and even then they could wtf rape an M10.
Instant gg and ragequitting.

This makes sense from a fairness standpoint. But until you play against a Vet 3 German Steel KT as allies and you have to gun through 3000 HP's then it won't seem so fair

Well for KT you sacrifice a T3, and you pay a real shitload of PP for vet on it too.
Then the cost of the T4 ontop of that.

No T4+T3 combination should ever grant instawin. It just shouldn't.
Imagine fighting 2 terror players, each with 2 KT's and German steel?
Do you imagine fighting that off, in any way? They can just come in, sit down in front of your ATGs and pop field repairs. You just won't kill them.
T3 Buddy system :
Grant 9/6/3 popcap for 3 minutes depending on team size.
horrible T3, give us one that adds +4(or +6) availability on airborne! I mean, either it will be exploited in 2v2s endlessly to overpower the enemy with 86 total starting popcap vs 50 of theirs, or be utterly useless in 3v3s. It's just not a fun ability, give us availability for airborne!

I doubt they would even need field repairs. -15% penetration where it's already hard as fuck to penetrate those things with anything short of a Firefly (75mm m4a3 can't even pen rear armour, dunno if upgunned can) and 2500 hp, plus only taking up half your late game pop...

So pershing with NGV should have 3000 hp?
Also P4 IST with long barrel(from the tank hunter upgrade) seems a bit OP considering P4 IST can lockdown and rapidfire. You could probably solo two or even three shermans with that ability.
Maybe just replace the P4 IST with one that has the normal 75mm gun but no lockdown? The advantage would be the P4 IST is much cheaper than the standard P4.

That depends entirely on the terrain. And you can lock down when the sherman is dualing with you and fire off 4 shots before it can even begin to circle.
