Next generation vehicles is an Armor Doctrine T4, that grants these bonuses :
50 percent faster turret rotation and 20 percent less reload speed.

Now I'm wondering, is it even T4 worthy?

Allied tanks already rotate their turrets like crazy, and pretty much can't get circlestrafed at all, so the turret rotation buff is more of a cosmetical addition to make the T4 look worthwhile, rather than actualy being worthwhile.

20 percent less reload will change 75mm shermans from 6 seconds reload, to 4.8 seconds reload.
Meaning that in 20 seconds, you'll fire off 4 shots instead of 3? Is that even worth considering getting as your T4? Shoot and Scoot, a T2 will actualy give you a 5.1 second reload time. Is a T4 only supposed to be this much supperior to a T2? I would think not.

With shoot and scoot, a 15 percent reduction in reload time, it will become a 4 second reload time total. It seems to stack nicely, and it'll be 5 shots instead of 3 in a 20 second timeframe(6 instead of 4 in a 24 scond timeframe), but it is still not anything great, and requires choosing Shoot and Scoot in the first place to be effective.

I would believe that some kind of extra buff - such as better top speed, or an accuracy buff should be tacked on to this as well. Seeing as there is a T1 that allows purchasing overdrive on Shermans, the accuracy one seems to be more fitting.

Right now, there is little point in taking NGV.

You should see one of the Scorched Earth T4s, which is countered by a 10 munitions minesweeper.

faster target selection and 1 more shot can be very deciding in a battle vs tanks or paks. If scoot and shoot and NGV stack then ill be a happy bunny.

Or the Commando T4 that makes commando HMGs and Mortars do 25% more accuracy and suppression.  I think a couple of the T4's need to be looked at because they clearly aren't all equal.

At most I'd say increase acceleration by 15% in addition (acceleration is useful!) and that'd make it T4 worthy.

We are serious about enforcing this, and I am sure you all want to be able to have your balance thought considered by the development team with some biased, sensationalist coming into your thread and ruining it.

What are you talking about, all the Luftwaffe T4s are awesome!
The scorched earth T4s are clearly rather useless, yeah.

I think NGV is fine. Sometimes we underestimate how good +50% turret rotation is until our MGs get raped from behind by an AC because our Sherman couldn't turn and shoot in time.

NGV does nothing for T17s.  T17s only have a one second reload but a 2.5 second cooldown.  NGV would give a massive 0.25 second faster rof.

Yeah SE T4s look horrible, but the rest of the T1s, T2s, and T3s, look pretty good.

Incendiary hummel looks fun, and mines would be awesome depending on how many you get.

I am sad though because right now the only tier 1 or 2 SE implemented is roadblocks.

How would mines be awesome?
One guy brings a minesweeper and there goes your T4.

Or you play with another SE teammate, that has the opening Artillery Barrage that will shoot your mines LOL

I don't see why you would take either of them. Both the Hummel ones are great - think of how long lasting an 8-shell barrage would be! Would be great area denial because of how long it'd last. Incendiary would be shorter lasting (the explodey part anyways), but deliver huge amounts of extra anti-infantry damage in half the time as the 8-shell barrage.

Is Akranadas in this thread? Fucker can't stop bragging about his "waifu taldeer" and cosplaying in an eldar farseer costume while shouting "Flithy monkeighs!" interspaced with random eldar gibberish.
