I also have no idea why you assume Falls have the Grenadier K98.

They're enjoying their puny little PE K98s.

new fsj nade : incendiary bundle nade (on the idea of storm bundle nade)

3 incendiary nades packed into one.

-Falls now have Grenadier rifles.

And I remember getting more than two G43s previously. I thought they had changes it to 2x because Luft Inf could take them, as well.

falls dont use grenadier rifles. they did lost their leader rifle though(leader rifle is more powerful at close range but less powerful at long range)

if i look at the rgds i see he had a plan to give the fsjs the grenadier rifle, but then he just stopped halfway and put it in the patchnotes anyway xD

Not a bug, Gren K98 was put in for 2 patches, until Ambush was working, then it was removed making them Failshirmjager again.

TBH, outside of Ambushing FJ are worthless crap compared to regular PE units.

They really should get their Gren K98's back for the price premium you pay for them.

Waaait. 10 MP more for grenadiers that have more than twice as much effective health against BARs and brens, can paradrop and cloak in cover for massive ambush bonuses? lolwut?

Don't forget 50% more pool, lack of medkits or grenades or schreks as standard upgrades that allow you to be flexible.

They have lower base health but have soldier armor, Soldier armor is only what, .75 damage on BAR/Bren.

Lets ask how they do vs flames too, or explosions.

Paradrop is worthless. Has been in EIR for a long time.

Massive Ambush bonuses? Eh, you mean like +25% accuracy and damage, sure, its good, but not massive, and combined with shit doctrine choices means they come out on the losing end vs anything without investing heavily into munitions.

Ahahahahah. Paradrop is a flexible option that has saved/won a game for my team on many, many different occasions.

sure its a bit of a risk, but running off a hummel with paradropped ab is worth it.

when it comes to falls, i always keep a squad or two to drop in kill and steal a howie and use it against the enemies.

sure people generally hear the plane but since there is no actuall plane, unless you drop right onto the enemy, your in the clear. Then your free to set up behind enemy lines, wait till you see your target, or just rape support weapons when your team attacks.

Paradrop doesn't mean balls on FJs unless it's a single suicide squad. FJs don't have the versatility of AB to drop behind enemy lines and expect to survive to do anything useful.

Wait, so Spartan, your goal with FJ is to decrew a howi, then get maybe 1 barrage off, have your men killed by an M8/M3, have the enemy recrew said howi, and then fire their free barrage?

The only time its good to attack a Howi is if its a high vet crew, or you can destroy the gun.

AB have Fireup, it makes all the difference.
