Sorry about the wait, here is the new Ventrilo information:

IP: vent.chi.primarytarget.com
Port: 3929
Default Pass:  sp4m

You will probably need to reset your password to sp4m and get re-registered.
At the moment guest accounts can do anything so it wont matter.
