Yesterday fldash released version 1.4, featuring a small list of balance changes and bug fixes. You can read up about it here:

In addition, we are also pleased to inform you that we have raised the resource amount per company on the Battle CP. You now have 20k Manpower, 3k Munitions and 1k Fuel at your disposal! These increased resource values should allow the player to invest some more in heavy weaponry such as tanks and artillery and will enable the balance team to draw new conclusions out of it.
Due to these changes however, we had no other option than to wipe all existing companies on the CP. We apologize for the inconvenience but we hope you can understand why this was required.
Lastly, thanks to Phil we now also have a loader! This handy file, when put in the COH folder, will download the latest version of Europe in Ruins for you and will also automatically install the needed battle files. All you have do now after setting up a battle is entering the number and this program will extract the files and fire up EIR!
