Well, I am sure we could have somethings like this.

I'd be all for extra pop for the newbie, or reduced call in times, but I'd be against the others.

Newbies should be rewarded/compensated for playing higher level players, but experienced players should not be punished for playing with a newbie.

maybe make it so that r mode with rank 1's can never have allies attack/axis attack. that way its always reinforcements for them and they don't have to try and overcome doom forts with their possible first game.

If you could decrease the enemy pop by 1 then most people's first call-ins wouldn't work.
