Terror T4: 25% more health, 15% less received penetration for tanks
 
This T4 is horrible.

Numerous allied powers negate it.

Over the past ten+ games I've played or so, I have been paying very special attention to my German Steel tanks, and how they perform. Not even noticeable. With the giant amounts of damage that allied AT does whenever it penetrates, sometimes I am led to believe that it gives me -25% health. With the doctrine powers that add penetration to allied AT, some that give more than this T4 negates, I see no point to choosing this. With allied vehicle disabling in it's current status (button, stun shot, stickies, etc...) its not hard to take down any of these "superior" axis tanks. Now, I'm saying this already using skirts on all of the tanks I field. Enjoy the unnecessary breaks and most jokes filtered out for those who cant handle it.

6. Rage Posting

Users sometimes feel that the whole Dev team changes stats on purpose right before their game starts and then they come here like 10 year old kids who believe they can take on everyone because they just simply are right and nobody can prove them wrong. From now on a rage thread/post will be moderated on sight, do us a favor and take a cold bath before posting after a bad game please, we all have had bad games but that doesn't allow us to rage in the forums.

This is more a skill issue rather than something else.
