Fun but ultimately IMBA suggestions:

Mine flail cuts up incoming shells.
Mine flail works on light vehicles.
Mine flail moves at full speed on roads.
Mine flail is now free to counteract the retarded attempts at allied players to use it as a weapon thereby making its net worth 0.

This is a horrible suggestion,the mine flail is great....it can rape stormtroopers who try to alphashrek....I wish i still had videos of where my blob was annihilated by a Mine Flail...

Me and Keith used to spam these, they are the funniest shit around. Axis get pinned by mg/bars, then see a mineflail sherman coming booming outta the smoke to eat em up.

Baine nailed it, lowering the cost of the mine flail is not going to do much for its desirability.
This is the same thing with mine detectors, even if we made them 5 munitions you wouldn't see everyone getting them anyway.

Players perceive mineflails to be of little added value because they generally encounter few mines.

If, god forbids, the metagame ever shifts to mine spam, the added value of a mine flail will be increased dramatically.
