On small maps this ability is destructive as shit. On larger maps it has a pretty lengthy call in timer. So you gotta Button a heavy tank or get a really good distraction off.

Definitely powerful when it hits though. The direction the strafe comes in from can be finicky sometimes. I think it's the reverse of the American Strafe/bombing run so keep that in mind when deciding direction.

AFAIK american strafe comes in from the edge furthest from the strafing area.

They are devastating, there were times I've wiped out about 2000 or more mp with one typhoon run. You just have to make sure you let the plane come in from where it takes the least time to travel so there is less time to dodge for your opponents.
