That means a firewall/antivirus could be blocking it from sending info.


Btw, it's capital sensitive.

Ok, Ive added it to my acception list on windows firewall, and i don't know wtf is going on with AVG. UAC is on. Is that bad.

mmm... yeah, turn UAC off and make sure you added it to both lists (to receive info and to send).

That is fine... the only thing that can cause it is some program blocking it, there are 3 possibilities:

Firewall
Antivirus
Admin privileges

Just turn off your firewall/antivirus to see if it works, and make sure you are running it as admin.
