I can go as long as 700,- cause im also buying a new graphic card, but i ended up with a blackscreen. Ofc haha, i have 230 V now.. so i would need to upgrade.

Usually the graphics card tells you what watts/amps you need. Can you post what your card is?

Assuming a single video card, he should be more than fine with a 550....

i'd go with more than 550 personality, cuz even if ur card only needs 550 right now, if you decide to upgrade in the future u may need more.

i'd go with more than 550 personality, cuz even if ur card only needs 550 right now, if you decide to upgrade in the future u may need more.

Im running 2 SLI GT250s on a Earthwatts 500w and everything works fine for me.

Well, my advice would be to buy brand name, but if you find a cheap BFG Psu, DONT BUY IT! (they blow up on you)

actually it depends on quality of the power supply

450Watt are more than enough for an average system with GTX460 which consumes less power than a GTX260 or GTS250/9800GTX
