Quick Question about doctrines

So for the unfinished doctrines such as AB and RE which have quite a few openings, are we going to see stuff thrown into them so we have something some what complete, or do we have to wait until the entire new doctrines are put in? It would be cool if at least underwhelming T1-T2s were put in just as filler.

I'm just saying since AB has like 4 things in total haha.
