Part of it is, Elite Armor.

The +1 uses is going to Joint Ops to make it useful.

HEAT is getting a buff, not sure what, and going T4.

oooooh, ok, that seems pretty sweet then. maybe ill give a blitz company a go, ive always wanted to learn to use the tiger. though elite armor grens sounds awesome. or spam P4s.

the tool tip for keep it moving says 240 sec recharge, and joint ops says it takes -180 off the recharge to bring it to 240 secs. so with joint ops is it 240? or is it every 60?
