You have to resign up at the forums.  Click register to launcher and redo your name, make sure your forum name matches your eir game name.

My Launcher name/Passwort and my Forum name/Passwort is the same and I am login right now here in Forum.

Bear has different names since many months in forum and launcher.
How can he can it change without lost all companys?
He has one Account Forum Bear/Launcher Storm and one Forum Storm/Launcher Bear.
