Has anyone had any RAM troubles?
«

In the last 2 weeks, my RAM usage for this game, and this game only has gone from ordinary 45-55% usage to 81-88%, looking at the resource monitor, you see the extreme speed in which it goes from rather idle to working on almost overtime, so I was wondering if anyone else has experience similar issues?
This does not happen on any other new more demanding games, and I have run a full pre-startup virus scan, and during ordinary one, i have done systematic memory checks, also tested running game in compatibility mode but no luck, my final tryout is going to be removing the skin packs, but i doubt they are the issue.

If you had ram issues, your computer would start acting all funky. Like almost every time you try to run a program you would crash or blue screen. Your graphics would flicker or display blurred/smeared colors. It would make you almost think that it's your video card going up but really it is your ram. At least this is what I experienced when my ram went bad and it was only two sticks that died.

I dont know tbh, I ahvent had any programs crashing as such, apart from this game, and then its often due to network or relic. And havent had any blurred colors as you describe it... and as I stated before its ONLY this game that does it, any other game works fine

IF it was bad RAM, your system/program would crash anytime that bad memory location was used.

Ok, well what it seems to be is the skin pack, but ill try using skin pack now and see if there is any difference
Edit: there was an increase in mem usage, but after the comp clean upp its ok, but yea seems to be the skinpacks

the skinpaks takes at least much more video ram so lowering texture "quality" in coh settings could do the trick
ultra really consumes a lot amount of vram

It's probably just crappy windows taking more ram as time passes by.

It's probably heartmann thinking he can play the game on ultra settings.
