_Stukas can not be repaired by engys nor with just right clicking on them or after selecting the ability (repair) on the engy and then clicking them.

Repairbunkers however can repair it, but I CANT BUY em.

Fix or repair bunkers for defence ;P

It might be the upgrade your pios have. I was trying to repair a tiger with pios with a MS and it wasn't working, but flamer pios seemed to work....
