Similar issue.

Installed EIR:R, ran the game and auto-updater comes up, says it's up to date, I click launch and then Windows tells me it needs to send an error report.

Any clues?

The arror report mentioned kernel32.dll I think.

Have you both got XNA 2.0 installed?

Have you both got XNA 2.0 installed?

I've got no idea what that is. Can someone explain what it does before I d'load it. I've already had to reinstall windows once this weekend due to a .Net Framework conflict.

Ah scratch that, installed it and now the autoupdater is downloading 119 files? Wierd. Will keep posted.

That's a problem.  When you run the AutoUpdater does it have two progress bars like this?

Right now though, it sounds like everyone is having this problem because a new AutoUpdater is coming out - give us a bit here.

In the meantime, could you copy/paste the directory your EIRRLauncher.exe is in?

Ex. D:\Games\Company of Heroes\EIRRLauncher

sooo... wtf is going on, i got my first game in this morning. After the game went to check my vet/rebuild company/play again. Launch EIRRLauncher.exe from the COH file and try to log in, says the version is out of date, run AutoUpdater. Launch AutoUpdater have 120 files to download, press Update then I get Microsoft .NET Framework - unhandled exception has occured in your application...the remote server returned an error: (404) Not found.
