When you take your howie crew off, they walk incredibly slow, they don't have a retreat option and are stuck on the map, then if you put them back on the howie then take them off, THEN they retreat. Doing this caused me to get a vet 1 howie with 0 xp

never had this happen, it does happen to crews sometimes, especailly at guns but it's random.

I foudn out that if I put the crew back on the howie, then retreat them again, they actually retreat. but last game i did this I ended up with a vet 2 howie (it started off at vet 2) and ended up with a -962XP howie.

I think they still have a retreat toggle button similar to tanks. You can walk them to a spawn point and retreat that way.

they should, unfortunately they dont. plus when they leave the gun they are very very slow. I just played a game, and I still have the -900 XP, but since I killed about 16 or so things, I have like -948 or something. Really sucks because this howie should be vet 3 by now
