After this last update or hotfix or patch, my engs have something called "cargo" 0/0

also the half tracks have a 1. and tease for things to come??

Which, incidently, is working.

But, through a small bug, the Engineers (and all other troops) are not showing their person size.  Will fix that later.

Its too big for a traditional sector system. I'm not sure what to do this time around to fix it. And since the stamp tool is broken...well things are now complicated.
