Two acc

Hi, sorry if it was disscused before.. but i didnt fount it so... keeping in mind that 70 % of players are axis and it is hard to find a game playing as axis... is it legal to create another acc that would be played with other fraction? and how I can do that?

It is allowed to have multiple accounts, you may only post on your main account.

To create another account, simply log out and register again (with a different email address). Register in the war panel on the website like you did the first time and you're good to go.
