How is it? Do you notice the difference? Does that extra 2 pop cap help?

I know everyone who plays RCA probably just got the mortar saturation and earth shaker. But I was thinking of getting earth shaker and battalion HQ to help the rest of my team out once I get to T3s. Supercharged rounds don't seem worth it as I don't plan on using 25 pounders, and priest has decent enough range on it's own since it's mobile and is decently fast.

Also plan on getting increased rounds since I won't be getting both earth shaker and mortar saturation.

it's good. I know I love the blitz ability for the axis when i'm pe. that extra 2 pop can come in handy at times.

Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

Does this stack? I imagine the call in doesn't stack, but maybe the extra pop cap does? I figure if fatherland defense stacks that it might. but then again, im not sure if blitz pop and timer things stack.

I've been told it does indeed stack.
Nice ability, great if you plan on using a lot of inf to push the map hard.
I'd pick mortar saturation though when it get's fixed (currently firing half the shells it should), earthshaker is not as good a combo with thi, since it won't be tanks you are worrying about, but support teams.
