I personally think the wipe should happen afterr RCA is implemented, like maybe a week after to give people a chance who have made RCA accounts the chance to use them with the new doctrine.

Its going to be a while anyway. They still need to fix a few things (berges off the top of my head), so it all will be a little while still. Although, the reset would be better then worse. Be nice to allow noobs to into the mod again without being wiped across the map |

Yep, I remember the times I was new, almost everyone was lv.7+ and had heavy stuff and good doctrine unlocks while I had the basic stuff.
