Remember I asked previously if it was a good idea to write into PC Gamer about the mod? We came to the conclusion it would be better if we waited until we had the warmap. Well I guess we have a barebones version now, plus we got the campaign going, we're more active than we have been for a long time, how about I write in now?

Id say it was a good idea, considering how active the mod is and how much people are playing the game. The campaign has re-injected allot of life into the mod.

Might be worthwhile.

I dont think its a good idea atm. We'd be jumping the gun. The warmap isnt in the launcher and that's what we want people to see.

It all needs to be self contained. Cant have the PCgame editors jumping from the fourms to the launcher etc. to get the whole picture, it must be all in one place and professional.

The camapign isnt professional, which is why I didnt advertise it outside of the EIR community.

Yeah, if you were to write in such a thing, I'd wait until the warmap is finalized, the campaign is running smoothly, doctrines are in (and mostly balanced), etc.
Right now would be too soon.

Id concur, the Warmap should be in (basics) early December if Im on track.  The Doctrines should be completed a little earlier in Nov, so yeah, Id hold back a little more myself - but now is still a good time tbh

Hmm, yeah I'll wait till the warmap is in then, it's not long tbh, my only worry is since it's Christmas everyone will be getting brand new games and will have less time for this :/
