Sure can, just install it to the directory with 'RelicCOH.exe' in it.

Should work fine from there.

To be mor specfic:

c:/program files/ steam/ steamapps/ common/ company of heroes.

Although, it was odd for me due to the way it installed. It would make its own coh folder within the coh folder making it so the launcher wouldn't work.

If you run into this, two options:
1- install into common. It will place itself in coh automatically.
2- upack on desktop and copy/paste into coh folder.
