Not a big deal, but officers vet 3 is more health and barrage cool down -60 seconds. Since you only get one barrage the officers should get some other kind of buff. He seems to be really crappy at actually killing infantry (I remember he used to be pretty decent) maybe give him a new gun at vet 3? Or just make him harder to hit.

I remember when me and Dave started with 8 officers each, with 2 paks each for support.

The hail of luger bullets raped anything - and if that didn't work : mortar barrages dealt with it.
