How about.
I write a draft letter up now (on holiday, sun is making me do crazy things), post it here, people can publicly edit it and add what they feel would be useful, until we have a really good letter, I think there's probably a maximum wordcount but I can check that later, and then, when warmap is finally released, we can all send it to our respective PC Gamers for our own countries, under a certain collective name?
