With atgs going up to 5 pop, why wasn't the marder bumped up to 7? Or the 50mm bumped up to six? They are definitely worth it still.

I wouldn't say so. The Marder and 50mm sit nicely where they are. ATG's destroy them and given the right mixture of skill both for and against, they can be destroyed relatively easily by the units they are intended to counter.

same can be said about ATGs. Inf, shreks, armor all take out ATGs pretty easy. And ATGs cant move as fast, or back up fast. And have to pay a higher MU now. And my m10s and m18s have a good chance of missing a marder at medium or close range. Surprised about the bitching of ATG being spammed. Play a defensive role only. And they are a reaction to people bringing heavy armor to the field. I wish i didnt have to have 4+ in my company. But hey when you got multiple tigers and panthers i dont got much choice. All the gripes about these slow ass vulnerable ATGs, but nothing about Marders?

But this applies to allied tank destroyers as well?

50mm ATHT has 35 sight.
