I just unlocked Napalm on my nebelnerfer yesterday, and the firestorm was....the same? I used firestorm twice, went "WTF", used regular barrage, and it's identical?

I've seen the nebelwerfer w/ terror t3 do very good. In fact I remember a game it was able to kill 2 ab snipers (mine) just by aiming in the general direction. With this ability the thing is a contender possibly.

But the regular good old nebel that you could use to clear out stupidity from buildings? It's in a world where it doesn't fit in. Literally every allied infantry squad regardless of doctrine has a escape mechanic or supression resistance. Add in immortality in buildingfs + low damage to begin with and the nebel is just a glorified.. something.

Bring back building crits! And if any other clever nerfs were put in place, revert them.

Shit I'm pretty sure you could offer the guy a cup of coffee and he'd try to kill you with the mug if you forgot sugar.

That's like offering Beer to fuck the fat chick. It will work for a while, but it's not gonna last. Not only that, but there is zero motivation for the Fat chick to loose weight.

gawd that was one thing i hated. Either my squad burned to death if left in a building. Ok my fault for not monitoring them. Or instant gibbed crit to vet 3 unit 70% of the time.

You know, for all the talk of instacritting squads in buildings at least they never blow up entire, super expensive stormtrooper squads that are cloaked on a random, lucky ass shell... A joy exclusive to allied artillery (and maybe hummels)...

It's so freaking hard to justify nebels, even when having the terror/defensive buffs for them, even when they do work they only really annoy your enemy... cause has to move away from the smoke/fire, it never really does much damage.

What... COPYCAT!
Seriously, that was my first build on the first day of the patch, hahaha... It sure is fun...
But even with that, it's really hard to justify all the fuel it takes... on the other hand...

In terms of fun, daaaamn is it worth every penny, and the enemy going FUCKING GAS!... priceless!

crits were stupid. sometimes i'd get my guys out of the building and they'd all die just by standing next to it, or one guy took its time getting out and cuz hes in, they all died.

Fuel is a bit much though but with the new fun stuff for terror, its justified now.

Axis get so many new toys for their units and they're already highly versitile.

why allies get no fun new abilities Sad yeah rca does but thats it. I'd love to see a mine barrage, or smoke barrage, airburst, something.

I could see improving nebel damage but the instacrits in buildings is a trololol joke. No allied arty of any kinda will instagib units in buildings unless of course the building is destroyed so imo keep it that way. But even as an allied player I can see the initial round explosion doing more damage could be increased, thats fine in my book (as long as its no stuka barrage).

However, if that happens price should remain the same or be reduced slightly cause it shouldnt be as effective as a darned arty shell (which wont light buildings on fire) for a cheaper price.

It's a suppression platform, use it as such.

You get plenty of warning for everything, but the nebel's scatter is imfamous and if it just so much as clip the hit box of the building, then the crit could be applied, and you had whole squads dieing when they were on the other side of the building and had no feasible way of being in contact with the rocket.

This is absolutely unlike every other artillery in the game, where you can theoretically clip a squad and kill it entirely.

Yeah, you compare the neb to other heavier arty, but people shell out big MP and Fuel for a howie to do half as many kills as the old nebs did. I never said that you didnt have warning, but in a persistancy mod, it's unrealistically gamey to be able to kill a squad like that from a platform that should not have that capability while they are hiding in a refuge that is nominally safe from all arty fire in the first place.

So what if the nebel can't kill infantry in buildings. The stuka can't even kill anything, it has freaking dummy rockets.
