Leig and Pak40 Bug

So in this game I brought out a few pak40s and leigs, and half the time when I would recrew them they wouldnt move. I think it's when you do a decrew retreat that they then become immobile.

I have bottom T4, mid T2.

ive had a similar bug on CW 6pdrs, when ive recrewed.
weapon wont turn or move but still fires.
