10 pop for a unit with panther armor and p4 gun.
Panther is 14 pop, p4 is 12 pop.
Why is this unit not 13 pop at least?

Armor : Panther Gun : Pz4 PoP : 14 (Panther armor still) Abilities : Depending on doc which you took (BZ : Flank speed or faster reload (a bit), Terror : Something like Propaganda Tower, Defence : smoke barrage) This is my idea. uh, how is it a command tank if it has a gun? give brit command tank gun too pl0x

Older, more obsolete tanks are often the Command tanks. Reason being is that top of the line Fighting vehicles are needed for Fighting. A command tank only has to offer marginal protection and carry radio's.
Panzer 3 and 4's were the most common command tanks. Why this monstrosity has the stats it does is beyond me.
