GPU : GTX 780
Motherboard : B85-PLUS
CPU : Intel i5 Hawai 4670K
RAM : Kingston HyperX DDR3 2x 8GB 1600MHz CL10
AC : Fatal1ty 750W Power Supply

What do you guys think about this ?

If u have the money, go for it.

Thats extreme-enthusiast-level PC though so be sure you OC the CPU, get SSD and get a long 3 year warranty on the graphic gard and if u can a custom cooler that is more silent and cool (buy a card from a manufacturer that has a custom cooler and thus warranty lasts).  Yo can also consider buying a 1/2 price graphic card and upgrading it after 2 years, gets you a longer "almost top speed" for same price, thats what i do nowdays, but up to you.

Well, I thought about buying EVGA GTX 780 for 450 $.

I also gonna OC my CPU from 3,4 GHz into 4,2 GHz.

when you overclock the cpu theres no difference in their performance, only in price, this you can read from every pc-building-forum.

Anyway 450$ isnt bad, go for it.
