Patch R036 - Hot fix

1 - Bergetiger
May now repair allied vehicles again.
In-game cost of munitions-based repairs increased from 75 MU to 100 MU.

2 - Calliope
Damage increased from 30 to 40.

3 - Field Dressings
Rec. dmg. modifier reduced from 3 to 1.05.

4 - MU HT
Fixed art error.

Just ran the updater; can confirm. I dl'd a dataartsga that was 336,928 kb (the wrong one) the first time the updater ran.

EDIT: Now fixed. Thanks tank!
