Give people competent teammates who are on vent and you will see much less drama about this shit.

It seems like it's just a battle of the e-peens, I have you two(apex, unknown) as teammates in my goddamn map team comic... >_<

You're the number 1 leaderboard axis, you have a T4 (unlike me and Duvka) and tons of vet.

Btw I have no tier4 and my company is not on the vet leaderboard.

All the games I've played with Apex have been fair.

But arent you just wasting your own time if you lie?  In the end you still dont get to play, but now you have to abandon and create a new game.
Not if you follow the policy of NOT abandoning games once they get started.
I'll agree games where ANTS fucks up are an exception, but the game with libertine was going to be fair.

Unknown,
You remember the 1st day after the "can't see who is in your game" patch went in?

I had just made a fresh company, my 1st this war on allied side, one of my friends who had just installed EIR and created his first company, and Krom, who had played 1 game on his allied account.

I went into the main channel and asked for players to join the ONLY 3v3 up who were not super good players with heavily vetted companies because I was teaching a new player and none of us had any experiance on our accounts - Who joined?    You and DBsights and I think Baka.

So we refused to play with you and you bitched and whined and said "blame the system".

I made you abandon and we rehosted and again had the only 3v3 up and you rejoined, and I said straight to you "unknown, if you joined again we will not play you, you guys have way too much experiance you're too good and i'm training a new player"

And when the game started, look who it was.

I understand you don't like the system and you don't like alot of changes being made to the mod recently to prevent you from stacking games with your friends, but can you stop taking it out on players who have less time to waste than you apparently do?

If you have problems with the mod, take it up with ucross and fldash - stop wasting all our time to prove your point.

Oh yea, and I knew exactly which 3vs3 (there were multiple) you guys were in  Roll Eyes.
It would be a waste of my time just as well to purposely join a game of which I know the opposing players will refuse to actually play. It was pure coincidence that we ended up in the same game twice in a row, it's a HIDDEN system, I have absolutely no way of knowing who I'm up against.

Also, don't change around the story to make me look like the bad guy.
You and your arranged team were not in the lobby during that game, you were in a seperate channel and you DIDN't tell me that game was the one you were in. Besides, there were multiple games up so you couldn't have told me 'we're in game X'. (No battle number & no percentages to go by)

The only 3v3s up either time were one with myself, the newbie and krom in it (3 allied) and one with you and the other two vets in it, you left your game and joined ours.  I did say it repeatedly.  in both in launcher chat and I went up to the channel you were in and said "whoever is in the battle, if you're a vet player with a vet company, we will not play you since we all have noobie companies and are training a new player through his first game"

You didn't say anything

then SUPRISE! you and your two vet buddies were who were in our game and were, again, SHOCKED that we didnt want to play you.

Hell, the first time it happened you said "if the system says the match is fair then we have to play it", only abandoning it when I threated to just go offline because we didnt want to spend the next 40 minutes and the newbies first game of EIR being bashed into the ground by 3 leaderboard players.

I don't have to change anything to make you look like the bad guy, and I don't really care what you think of the state of the mod right now.  Just saying take up whatever concerns you have with the dev staff, not other players just trying to play.

1. If the system matches you up, you play it, you don't abandon.
It's an EiR policy. Obviously though there can be exceptions where both sides come to an agreement.
(See Apex + New guy vs me & Duvka)

2. I don't need you spreading bullshit here, I already told you, it'd be pretty pointless for me to try and join your game on purpose after you having already been refused as an opponent. It's just so much a waste of time for me as it would be for you, stop victimising yourself.
Also, way to dig up something that happened over a month ago. If you have an issue with it, you should've brought it up back then.
This is almost completely irrelevant to the topic.

If you really believe I purposely joined your game twice in a row with the sole intention of being a douchebag, you're quite the ignorant fool.
Fine by me if you think that though, all I can say is that you're wrong in thinking so.

Lastly, I AM taking things up with the devs, this is the forum, this is where you bring these things up with the devs. I'm not posting to harass Apex, the graphics were jokes, loosen up. Apex broke an EiR policy and I pointed it out to him here. fldash already confirmed they'll start penalising for this, meaning he agrees it's unacceptable.
(Note I'm not referring to the game where he teamed up with a noob and got me and Duvka, that was clearly the system screwing up)

Wether you agree with it or not, I don't care, it's a policy and thus needs to be respected.

Some peoples' idea of a fun game is one that they are confident they can win.  That's what it comes down to.

Policy that lets team stacking work is good policy. This system is broken, and citing that "policy" is just pathetic. You want noob bashing games, and this system makes it easier because they can't avoid you OR percentages anymore.

The best way to avoid noob stompings was to know the players. Hey look, apex and high velocity in a game. Not a ridiculous win ratio, but I happen to know they're both exceptional players and their losses are likely because they played with noobs (for the most part.) Yet with hidden, you get two fairly new players hovering around 35-50% and oh guess what. "fair" yeah right. This system doesn't work. I see what it's trying to do, but it fails miserably. I know from experience that it has made team stacking so much easier for myself. I have a 59% win ratio, I can play almost anyone. But as above quite a few losses are out of my control that I played because I wanted CP for the day. So I lose with the crappy company for CP, my friends/partners log on. I team stack with my vet company.
