Brazil has more IC and troops close to weaker friendlys.

Even with full IC takeover South america only has 70 IC, maybe up to 80 when i take mexico.

Evry nation in europa has more :I

yes you are right however the brazilian minister has attributes that take away 10% of your ic plus argentina starts with an hq as well as some mountain troops which are quite nessisary when you are attempting to take over south american

I played a HOI game on LAN the other day and it went brilliant. We could even speed up to 'extremely fast' and we never desynced . Also crashed very rarely!

I'm definately gonna do some more lans, it's awesome.
