Cant spawn

Ive tried this about 3 times now, but i cant seem to spawn any units or anything. There is nothing in the box in the right hand corner.

I have made my battalion. I have used the tabs at the side aswell. so Tanks have gone into the tank tab, My royal commandos have gone in the aussalt tab and clicked finilised and its approved. But still when i get in game nothing shows up in the Right hand cornor box.

Could it be the profile i am using, even though im using the same named profile on relic and the one in the launcher?

Your name is case sensative

Be absolutly sure that your relic online name matches the name you signed up for the launcher for.  (Caps and All)

obvious question from when it was being tested was - do you have the expansion of Company of Heroes?

Could your teammates spawn? You are playing multiplayer, right?

Could you take a screenshot of the screen you see?

ay i have the expansion pack, and im playing online, ive kinda ticked some people of becuase of it so getting a screen shot will be hard. And yes they spawn. i think beacuse ive played with warlight and killer once or twice they'll tell you if they could. My profile is all in lower caps and is correct.

Since im using vista could that screw the whole thing up?

Make sure that you run the launcher and the game in administration mode.

Ay i think it was the ucs, im not sure becuase i havnt tried it yet. So i need to find about 3 people that are willing to devout a small portion of there gaming time to check.

I think its also my profile i have a capital S on the relic username and a lowercase s on the one i registerd with how do i change it?
