So yea, the bag of shit has been cancelled and already I am seeing fourteen year old 'americaisthebest' kids on youtube and milpics calling Obama a "deconstructionist-nigger-Muslim-communist" for this happening.

But in my mind its great news as it was a waste of money and did not perform that well. Apparently CAPTOR could engage it in Red Flag, it cannot use conventional radio and maintenance is incredibly hard.

If your spheres of influence are 14 year old kids and their opinions I could see why you'd think that. The fact it is a very capable fighter. But ultimately one that serves no current role. Most bomb equipped aircraft also have a decent payload of Air to air missiles and the fact of the matter is most 1st world pilots never engage in Air/Air combat. By and large enemy Air forces are destroyed on the ground(or given to other countries-i.e. Iran and Iraq in the first gulf war) So while it is excellent at whats it was intended to do, it cannot perform in that function on a regular enough basis to justify it's $137 million pricetag.
