Missing Tabs

At the top of the screen I have the (NEWS) (PROFILE) and (DOCTRINE) tabs, but I have no (BATALLION) or (BATTLE) tabs. What do I do?

Go to doctrine. Choose one. Finalize. Problem solved.

You go to Doctrine and choose one. As soon as it says Approved, it will show all the other Tabs aswell.
