i think u got that wrong games guy rommel was actually a very good tactician i mean if he wasn't wtf who the hell commanded the germans in the desert against larger british forces.
oh and u got to remember that the russians did get alot of british and american equipment like aircraft and tanks etc.
Rommel was a great Tactican, he was a terrible
strategist. He vastly over-extended himself in north Africa and eventually got himself into a massive set piece battle with poor logistics while the Brits had their supplies sitting next door. The result was a disaster for the German army.
