That Flak88 was mid war made,

The Germans had them in the invasion of the low lands and france at the very start.  There are account of german tanks meeting the heavy armoured british matilda tanks and being unable to take them out, so they call up the 88s to solve the problem.

Don't go against me, there is no point, I work with ww2 reenactment.

The first Flak 88 where made in the end of 1930s. Of course they had 88 at the start of the war.

But the Flak88 With a T34 chassis where mad in mid war with captured T34 tanks.
There is a picture where they have mounted a early version of Flakk88 on a stug IV

Yeah cause Germans and russians loved to designate their weapons with years for some reason. PPsh41 SVT40 MP40, STG 44 MG34, MG42. it's a trend.

doesnt explain why IVG,Stug,Hetzer have 87.5 damage and penetration in game and mardar has 150 lol...
You know what does?
Balance. I'm sick and tired of hearing you complain about realism to attempt to balance the game. Forget it. Realism is not the right way to balance a game, if you're seeking realism don't look at Europe in Ruins as we're trying to capture the Company of Heroes experience with persistent stats and units. You may even call it CoHToons. You may disagree with us trying to capture the Company of Heroes experience. But we don't care if it's hollywood-ish, infact that's why we like it: because it's fun. In terms of how realistic it is, it's not very -- but very few games are. If you go play Call of Duty, do you hear about people complaining that it takes 3 shots to kill a target with the 7.92x57mm Gewehr43 while it takes 1 with the 7.92x57mm Kar98k? NO. Know why? Because it's fair.

Seriously. It's starting to annoy me. Did you complain about the T17 and Staghound and Stuart and M8 having completely different weapons? No, or at least not that I saw. But guess what. In real life, they all use the M6 37mm, with absolutely no differences in the round, gun, or anything -- yet the T17 has less penetration, more damage, and fires faster, while the Stuart has more damage but fires slower. So forget about realism, cause I'm not listening anymore.
If balance dictates that we make a unit deal 150 damage while another unit, using the same calibre, deals 87.5, so be it. Balance gets what it wants.

I disagree, since the stuart gun and the staghound both deal 65 damage ^^.

But on the whole, I fourth it.

germans were good at field mods. Thats were we got the fine marder series.

The marder series were pieces of shit compared to the US tank destoyers.  Marder III mounted the same gun as the Panzer IV, it was slow, ungainly, had an extremely high silhouette, more poorly armored than an M8, and open topped.

They were better than the towed AT guns they replaced, but it was a death trap, as even machine gun fire can penetrate their armor and artillery was a nightmare for marders.

The US tank destoyers had better firepower, better mobility, a turret, better protection, better pretty much everything.

exactly.. poor PE  Cry

The marder series were 10 times better than the pak38.

talking bout marder in EIRR

Tigers, stugs, king tigers and marders: Why where they made instead of turreted/easily produced tanks ^^? (answers seems so simple in the aftermath  Cheesy )

Actually, the Marder series did not use the P4 gun....they mounted either the PAK40 7.5cm or captured Soviet 76.2mm (PAK36r).

How about everyone stating their sources so no argument will appear?

I like this concept.

T-34/76, T-34/85, and now the logical progression, T-34/88.
