its meant to be this veterancy

but there is a bug in gametables its

Hotchkiss (Without Stuka)
-Vet1 Received Damage .85
-Vet2 Accuracy 1.2 Damage 1.2 Received Damage .9
-Vet3 Reload .5 Cooldown .5

the hotchkiss with stukka has different veterancy tables too
it is said to be:
Hotchkiss (Stuka)
-Vet1 Received Damage .8
-Vet2 Speed 1.15 Recharge -15s
-Vet3 Damage 1.2 Recharge -30s

and actually it is
Hotchkiss (Stuka)
-Vet1 Received Damage .8
-Vet2 Speed 1.15 Recharge -20s
-Vet3 Damage 1.2 Recharge -20s
