Command tank does. So i am about 98 procent sure it does work.

Yes but the only way you'll be able to gain vet is to pistol things to death, or pick up a shrek I guess.

I'm fairly certain officer off-maps do not give the officer veterancy.  I know it doesn't for the Wehrmacht Officer unless it's been changed, it's probably the same case with FOO.

unless you changed it from 005 foo does give vet, ditto the mortars for the officer, its really the best way to gain vet on these units.

as for the captain with ami forces, its really the only way they can get vet cuz ami infantry dont share vet maybe change this? it's an easy thing to do, just change false to true and only units that can receive shared vet can get it. I'm sure you may need to do this for the ami officers so yeah....
