Sadly, I am having problems with my EIRR. Whenever I try to login, it says that my profile is incorrect. I have done everything needed to register and it still won't work. PLZ HELP!

Try simple retyping the password in after your user name is typed in..i've had that problem sometimes too and I just retype password and it seems to work let me know if this works for you

I have tried restarting the launcher many times but I still can't login... and retyping too...

You aren't registered in the SQL.  Make sure that when you are creating your account in the War Control Panel that you click the 'Create' button and then it changes to 'Confirm' to make sure you haven't screwed up.  You need to click the Confirm button to create your account completely.
