I realize that doctrines aren't finished, and everything is a work in progress. So with that disclaimer out of the way, and the realization that if accepted this will be like on the bottom of the list to implement...

I would like to suggest a way for folks to reset their doctrine abilities, at cost. Perhaps you played your way to T4 and after lots of games, figured out that, for whatever reason, some of your doctrine choices aren't right for you. Currently your only option (that I know of, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong), is to wipe your profile and start over.

What if you could sell your doctrine abilities (and the units that unlock with them) and get back say 1/2 of what you put in? This could be taken further by allowing folks to also change doctrines at the same time, but I digress as that might be going too far.

Anyways, just some thoughts, as things get more and more finalized this could be a way to allow folks to play a variety of choices without having to start all over if they want to tweak something.

I think most people would be happy to be able to just drop an ability (possibly at a cost) with no reinbursment.  It would be a good PP sink.

Its somthing we have considered and we are looking at,  as we align more with a mmo principle its clear we should consider such a move.

I promise to keep such discussion at the front as far as is reasonable.

cheers Nev.

Yeah individual buyback would be awesome, I was just trying to think of ways it may be abused if it was too easy.
