I think that new profiles or cleared profiles choosing a doctrine should get like 50-75 pp to start with just to get them going. Please discuss

We used to have something similar and we probably intend on bringing it back someday.
That being said, you should not be having a hard time getting 20 PP per game  if you're a brand new account (which is a lot considering the higher level accounts will sometimes get no more than 5)
