Tier 3, Artillery doctrine, Brits.

Is it normal there are no doctrine choices that are completed? I'm dissapointed because I know other doctrines have t3 choices available. Maybe I just chose the wrong doctrine. Also, I can't find a way to get creeping barrage with my Priest. Is it implemented?

It's not unusual, most doctrines aren't in yet.

And most of the ones that are either not useful (boobytrap, firecracker) or don't work properly (lots of multiple use ones have issues...)

Well, I can't imagine Overwatch and Counterbattery being useful at all either to be honest. I think Overwatch makes it clear where it is "Watching" (like Luftwaffe Air Strike) and Counterbattery only starts firing AFTER the enemy artillery has done it barrage in which most people would be smart enough to relocate if they think/know there is an enemy arillery piece.
