This morning I discovered my profile (company) was wiped out, nothing on the leaderboards and I had to start over.  I certainly didn't consciously click clear profile, but I can only imagine it somehow happened when I wasn't here -- I don't know how else it would be lost.  I lost a bunch of vet, and all the rest. 

Basically, that button should NOT be so easy to click.  It should be something you have to type a password for.  Especially as EIR keeps no records of what your company was like if it is lost, so it's a single click and bam! nothing you can do.

That is actually a bug that has happened to me before as well.

Do you remember your win/loss ratio off the top of your head? EIRRMod can match the ratio with the now vacant profile and restore everything.

I had 2 losses and I think 8 wins, since the accidental reset to level 5.  Do you mean the data is somehow stored somewhere?

Put Duct tape on that part of your screen, then you will be sure not to click it.

Yes, the data is stored and EIRMod can look it up -- if the profile has been erased without clicking the "Clear Profile" button.

I've actually accidentally deleted my account twice, so I am kinda used to it. rofl
